Welcome to Pulsz Bingo. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before setting up your account or participating in our online rooms. By accessing, browsing, or registering on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Pulsz Bingo is a social sweepstakes companion platform open only to eligible participants. To access the lobbies or purchase virtual coin packages:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You must reside in a state or region where social casinos are legally permitted.
  • Restricted Territories: Residents of Washington (WA), Idaho (ID), Nevada (NV), and any other state prohibiting sweepstakes play are strictly prohibited from participating in promotional Sweepstakes Coins lobbies.

2. Dual Virtual Currencies

Pulsz Bingo uses a dual-currency system designed to prioritize social, recreational gaming:

  • Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens used exclusively for recreation. Gold Coins hold zero monetary valuation, cannot be traded, and cannot be redeemed for real-world prizes.
  • Sweepstakes Coins (SC): Coins received as complimentary gifts or promotional drops. Subject to verification, Sweepstakes Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes or digital gift cards under strict compliance guidelines.
  • No purchase of virtual coin packages is ever required to play or participate in Pulsz Bingo.

3. User Conduct & Security Rules

When participating in our live multiplayer rooms, you agree to:

  • Maintain only a single active user account. Creating duplicate profiles to farm daily bonuses constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension.
  • Treat all room monitors, support representatives, and fellow players with respect in public chats.
  • Avoid using external tools, emulators, automated bots, or modifications to manipulate game outcomes.

4. Sweepstakes Limitations

Yellow Social Interactive Limited reserves the right to manage limits, modify currency allocations, and reject prize redemptions if user activity violates security protocols or fails identity checks. Redeeming prizes requires completing rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. Any legal dispute arising under these conditions shall be resolved within the relevant jurisdiction.
